Summer 2024 – Open Studio Days At The Forge

Its been a long time since Melissa Opened her forge to the public – last time was at her old forge at Puthall Farm, Marlborough for Marlborough Open Studios.

In 2016 Melissa shared her studio with New York Sculptor Richard Baronio www.richardbaronio.com which made a great combination of metal sculptures for homes and gardens.

This year, Melissa is in her new Bottlesford location, showing for the first time in a small gallery space alongside the forge. You will be able to see portfolios of past commissions and new sculpture pieces.

Melissa will be live forging on Saturdays where you can watch her make smaller items on the anvil and get a feel for all that goes into the pieces she creates.

If you would like to talk about commissions or buy gifts items and sculptures direct from the forge, come along and see what’s it is all about, you are most welcome.

Opening days:

Fridays: 12th and Friday 19th July 4am – 6pm

Saturdays: 13th &14th July 11am – 5pm

Sundays: 20th & 21st July 11am – 5pm

Please keep all dogs on leads at all times and an eye on young children – there is deep water on site.
